The ILO defined workplace wellness and the main aspects of working life as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not absence of disease or infirmity only”. The internal policy in any workplace of organization or company aims to promote healthy behavior among employees and at the same time improve health outcomes. There is a common concept called “corporate wellbeing”. It is any program that encourages a healthier lifestyle, overcomes the challenges that impact your business growth. 

Corporate wellbeing contains some different activities such as on-site health education/fairs, health coaching, stress management, free medical screenings, and weight loss program…etc. recently, there is a new approach called ” culture of health” being applied in the workplace.
